RnB artist Jay Sean was awarded Best Pop Artist at the Bollywood Music & Fashion Awards this weekend. The annual award ceremony was held at the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City, New Jersey on Saturday evening (17th November). Jay wowed the audience with a performance his new single Ride It and also accepted the award for Best Male Singer on behalf of Sonu Nigam. Other performances at the show included Alisha Chinai, Kumar Sanu, Sukhbir and Kavita Krishnamurthy.

Ride It, which is being released through record label Jayded/2Point9, is due for release on January 14th 2008. As a treat for fans, Jay is giving away a free download of an exclusive track from his website. The track, Working It is available to download from www.jaysean.com.
